100a Iniziativa dei Cittadini Europei: l\u2019Alta Velocit\u00e0 ferroviaria<\/h2>\n

Poich\u00e9 tale rete consente ai treni di viaggiare a velocit\u00e0 superiori a 300 km\/h, le distanze di 200-800 km diventano pi\u00f9 accessibili in treno rispetto all\u2019auto o all\u2019 aereo. Pertanto, l\u2019AV non solo contribuisce allo sviluppo economico, ma sostituisce anche i voli a corto raggio, diminuendo le emissioni e riducendo il rumore negli aeroporti, alleviandoli dal traffico. <\/p>\n

Solo 6 dei 27 paesi dell\u2019UE dispongono di una rete ad AV, mentre difficilmente sono riscontrabili collegamenti AV internazionali per spostamenti pi\u00f9 sostenibili. Per collegare le capitali europee tramite AV, abbiamo lanciato un\u2019iniziativa dei cittadini europei. In base al diritto europeo, la Commissione europea \u00e8 obbligata a impegnarsi con l\u2019obiettivo comune di collegare le capitali europee attraverso una rete ferrovia ad AV se almeno si raccogliessero 1.000.000 di firme da parte di cittadini dell\u2019UE. Di conseguenza, molti paesi europei stanno partecipando all\u2019iniziativa.<\/p>\n
